The full tour price is based on the confirmed number of passengers and will not be reduced if fewer guests travel on the tour date. Cancellations within 72 hours, same-day cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. The National Park entrance fee is not included and must be paid separately in cash during the tour: 400 THB per adult and 200 THB per child. If the operator cancels the tour due to unsafe weather, official marine warnings or safety restrictions, guests may choose a free date change or receive a full refund.
