Cancellations & Refunds

Eligible cancellations requested more than 72 hours before departure may be refunded after deducting a 5% booking administration fee from the amount paid.

Important: your booking is confirmed and the tour voucher is issued only after the 50% PayPal deposit has been received and verified. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash at the pier before the tour begins. The total payment is based on the confirmed number of passengers and is not reduced or refunded if fewer guests join on the tour day. Cancellations within 72 hours, same-day cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels the tour because of unsafe weather, Marine Department instructions or official safety restrictions, guests may choose a free date change or receive a full refund. The National Park entrance fee is not included and must be paid separately in cash during the tour. Changes to the route, island order, snorkeling location or activity duration for operational or safety reasons do not normally constitute a tour cancellation.
