We check availability first. A 50% PayPal deposit is required to confirm your reservation and issue your tour voucher. The remaining 50% and applicable fees are paid in cash during the tour.

50% Deposit Payment
A 50% deposit is required through PayPal to confirm the booking. A PayPal account is not required. Guests can pay securely by accepted credit or debit card through the PayPal payment page.
Remaining Balance & National Park Fee
The remaining 50% balance is paid in cash during the tour. The National Park fee is also paid separately in cash: 400 THB per adult and 200 THB per child. The optional Pileh Lagoon long-tail boat is 300 THB per person and is paid separately on site.
Date Changes & Cancellations
One free date change may be requested at least 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Eligible cancellations requested at least 72 hours in advance may be refunded according to policy.
Important Booking Terms
Your reservation is confirmed and the tour voucher is issued only after the 50% PayPal deposit has been received and verified. The remaining balance is paid in cash during the tour. National Park fees are not included in the tour price and are paid separately in cash. The optional Pileh Lagoon long-tail boat fee is also paid separately on site. Cancellations within 72 hours, same-day cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows may be non-refundable. The confirmed booking price is based on the confirmed number of passengers and is not reduced if fewer guests join on the travel date.

Guests must follow the guide and crew instructions throughout the tour and wear a life jacket whenever instructed. The itinerary, snorkeling points, activity order and timing may be changed when necessary for safety or operational reasons.
