Date Changes

Cancellations & Refunds

Eligible cancellations requested more than 72 hours before departure may be refunded after deducting a 5% administration and payment-processing fee from the amount already paid.

Important: The booking is confirmed and the tour ticket is issued only after the required 50% PayPal payment has been received and verified. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash during tour check-in.

The full tour price is based on the confirmed number of passengers. The outstanding balance must be paid in full and will not be reduced if fewer guests travel on the confirmed tour date.

Cancellations requested within 72 hours of departure, same-day cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.

The National Park entrance fee is not included and must be paid separately in cash during the tour: 400 THB per adult and 200 THB per child. Any optional long-tail boat ride at Pileh Lagoon is also charged separately.

If the tour operator cancels the entire tour because of unsafe weather, an official marine warning or another safety restriction, guests may choose a free date change or receive a full refund of the tour payment received.
